We are well aware that finding time to exercise as a new mom becomes more and more difficult without crazy interruptions during your workouts! Therefore, these workouts are designed to be done from the comfort of your home, during nap times or while your baby practices some independent play nearby. Without any major disruptions, your workout will be done within 20 – 30 min!
The difference between this program and other training programs offered online is that you will be supported throughout the 8 weeks as part of a group of like-minded mom’s from anywhere in the world. You will receive your exercise demonstrations, reps sets & the rest all on your phone!
