App based online training.  Individualized training program written for you, your limitations, goals and equipment available loaded onto your profile. You can view this on your calendar, to see what is scheduled for the week or open up the workouts to preview the exact exercises and reps and sets.

How my online coaching works:

  1. Firstly you will fill in a questionnaire for me to get all the background info on your injuries, expectations and goals and to see if we are a good fit.
  2. Secondly, once we have decided we want to continue working together you will receive an invitation email from me with a link to download the app.
  3. Once you have installed the app and set up your profile, your new and individualized training program written for you, your limitations, goals and equipment available will be loaded onto your profile. You can view this on your calendar, to see what is scheduled for the week or open up the workouts to preview the exact exercises and reps and sets.
  4. On the day of the workout you will receive a notification on your phone (if you activated notifications) that says it’s time to train! You click on your workout and the workout will begin. If it is a time based workout a timer will begin for you on the app. There will be video demonstrations of every exercise.
  5. Once you have completed your workout you can rate it 1-10, and leave a little comment like ‘loved the squats, hated the burpees’ or anything our heart desires.
  6. Once you have done that I get a notification that you have completed  your workout, I can see your rating and comment and give you feedback and check in straight away through the messenger box we have on the app.
