What is my WHY?
After some reflection during the holidays and where I want to take 2019 with CWF, I have come to realize, my real passion in the fitness industry is helping beginner girls get comfortable in the gym.
Because the truth is we all started somewhere, we all started gyming with someone that showed us the ropes? Hands up if you had a friend or sibling take you to the gym for the first time? I want to be that person for you! Your friend, older ‘sibling’ per say, I want to be the one to make you feel WELCOME, and not look at you struggling because you don’t know what you are doing yet!
That is my ultimate passion, not the transformation pictures, but the “I felt so much more confident and stronger” messages. Believe me, my girls make me proud but for 2019 I want to focus more on shorter challenges and helping girls go from the cardio section, to the weight section with my assistance and guidance.
