A little bit about me, I’ve been a female-focused personal trainer for +-9 years this year. I have received my Diploma as an exercise specialist where I focused my studies on pre & post-natal in 2013 already. I have trained 100’s of people around the world online and have also worked as an In-person Personal Trainer in Central London, and the South of Germany for years. Getting mentored by the best in the business. Since being self-employed and back in South Africa in 2017 I have consistently run +- 4 group programs per year. This year we have switched over to app-based online coaching and this is my 6th round doing it this way, and with 12 group programs overall. I’ve been around the block a few times, to say the least.
My MISSION is simple; to create the ultimate environment for females to transform and unlock the HAPPIEST, HEALTHIEST, and most ATHLETIC version of themselves. Fitness is so diverse, therefore every single one of us follows a different fitness journey. My role is to educate you, be a Coach and Trainer, and shape you into what you’re comfortable in. I’m going to support and guide you every step of the way during the 8-week process, which will eventually become a lifelong journey for you ♥
I’ve created this program to provide you with the most effective environment to achieve your health and fitness goals. During a time of uncertainty where we may not have access to a gym or our usual lifestyle, I want to show you how to train effectively at home whilst adapting to your environment and circumstances! With minimal equipment and bodyweight modifications.
My programs have changed the lives of hundreds of women, through training, nutrition, mindset, accountability, and support that you need to achieve your goals.
HOW IT WORKS:
The free trial week will start on the 18th of January.
Next 8-week block will start on the 25th.
Sign up’s & website will OPEN on the 11th of January.
If you start on the 18th you get a total of 9 weeks worth of training!

- 8-week progressive bodyweight/strength training program.
- At home or gym programs available.
- Daily accountability.
- Video demonstrations of all exercises.

- Paired with running, mobility & nutrition guidance.

- My CWF Real-Life nutrition guide (worth R500 separately): It will provide you with 2 easy-to-follow Meal Plan’s, designed for your lifestyle and goals. I’ll help you set calorie and macro goals, and the app is integrated with my fitness pal.
- I don’t believe in rigid meal plans in order to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle because I want to educate you on your choices. Meal plans are not sustainable forever if you are not learning anything from it. I’m going to EDUCATE you so that you can improve your relationship with food.
- You will also receive weekly ebooks to help achieve your goals and educate you along the way.
