I offer personalized 1:1 coaching designed to support and empower moms on their fitness journey. With over 10 years of international experience, I specialize in pre and post-natal fitness, combining strength training, core restoration, and holistic wellness to help you become your fittest, strongest, and most confident self.
Whether you’re recovering postpartum, building strength, or simply seeking more balance in your life, my approach is tailored to your specific needs. You can expect a workout plan that’s as unique as you are, with modifications and gentle progressions that focus on safe and effective movement for your body.
What you can expect from my coaching:
